am I an evil stepmother lol?

I’m in a relationship with someone 18 years older than me and partner has 4 kids to someone else who he brought up. cut a long story his kids are adults and have went back to there mothers to stay not best place for them as it’s all drink and drugs (tried getting them to move in here as it’s a calmer environment but they don’t want to follow my rules ie no drinking and I have children that are young myself one being there baby brother. anyway only time his kids bother with me or partner or there little brother is when they want money that they says for job interviews ect but they have been caught lying about this on numerous occasions. his daughter when drunk assults people posts vile things on Facebook basically she is the talk of the place and it’s very hard to stick up for her when acting like this. I’ve tried for years to build a relationship paying for holidays for them to come on picking g them up drunk. I feel like I can’t take anymore. the nail on the head was when I bumped into his kids shopping and they spoke to me but never even said as much as a high to there baby brother which hurts. my partner does agree with me but continues to and them money when they demand. please no bashing x
