PPP basically I’m waiting for a letter to start mediation with me ex partner regarding our boys, anyone been through this? Who’s allowed to attend? What happens, he left me in a lot of debt am I allowed to discuss this as well as contact etc? I’m clueless at what to expect as I know he just wants to go to court so won’t agree to anything I say. Help please

It should be you and him and solicitors if you have them. No you can’t bring debts ect up the mediation is regarding your children only. If you want to talk about the debts then you need to take him to a small claims court.
