Ppp, csa matter.
Currently split from babys dad,he already has a son to someone else and pays an agreed amount of 120 per month. I have a son to him also and also expecting one. Do csa half her money she gets for her child and split with me? Then what happens when babys here does he split the 120 between 3 kids or ??confused. He wont be having my child over night for a while (we will be living 3 hours apart and we are going to agree days ourselves depending on when hes off etc) untill all’s settled etc but he has his other child 1-2 nghts a week. Hes on about 18,000 a year. Thanks x

  • Could u reply please. They do it outside csa she agreed 120 instead of 140 as he buys his own clothes for his house and if he ever needs things for school he also buys it. Xx

  • Using the info you gave the gov website says you would be entitled to £49 a week for 2 children.

  • It’s separate, depends on the amount of income (his) and number of children
So if she’s getting 120 a month with 1 child you should be getting double with 2, but it depends upon country/state/province

  • Child maintenance will work out what he pays. On his income for 3 kids in total he should be paying approx £286 a month. This would be split between 3 kids so uoud be entitled to approx £190 and other mother £95 give or take a few pennies x

  • It used to be 15% for the course but child and 20% for 2 children.
If the 2 children were with different women then they got 10% each x

  • Hers will probs go down because there’s only so much they can take off him so will get divide between all the kids a set amount they can take from his wage x
