I have hypermobility, and i find that I always ache, no matter if I do a lot during the day or very little! I dislocate and click most days without even trying to, and if I don’t click I get stiff and painful. I’m very clumsy too, it’s horrible at night too 🙁 x
I’m sure my son has hypermobility. his thumbs are really bendy. his handwriting isnt great. he doesnt have much strength in his hands and arms. also he falls over his own shadow lol he has an occupational therapist at school to work with him now
My daughter at 8 has it, she was only diagnosed last year but I knew something was wrong from her walking at 11 months. All her joints over bend the wrong way. She complains that her joints hurt most of the time.
I have hypermobility I’m really bendy I ache like all hell ! My knees dislocate I have had to have surgery on my knees too help stop them dislocate x
