Hi. I’ve been having a fee issues with my ex partner since moving on with my new one. He was domestically violent through the relationship and since I’ve moved on we’ve had nothing but trouble. He’s been accusing my new partner of being violent, which he hasn’t been and he tried to get social services involved all because he can’t bare me to move on..

Cut a long story short. I am involved with the police, SWACA, IDVA and the school for support. I have been the court today to put an application in to give him access to the boys (we have 2) as at the minute he sees them three tkmes a week for kick boxing and they stay of a weekend and constantly he’s giving them shit about me and my partner and that’s affecting the boys. It’s awful. I have opted for him to have then every sat night and every Wednesday for tea. I am currently waiting for a court date.

I get home today and I have a letter off his solicitor advising he is going for full custody!!! I’m in total shock. So although I’ve put an application in for him to have them he wants them 24/7 to get them away from my new partner who me and the boy’s love.

Has anyone been in this situation? The boys haven’t stayed at his for more than two nights since they were born and they are 7 and 5. I have always had full care of them and he’s seen them when he wants.
