Ppp. How am I meant to stop feeling bitter towards my mum. There’s a lot of background story to this so to keep it short…We’ve had a strained relationship for the last 10 years or so now but in the past year have ended up having quite a few big disagreements. This has ended up in her bad mouthing me and playing victim to anyone who will listen and has meant some people have stopped talking to me/ seeing me. I’m mostly bothered about family members of which were my grandparents one of which has died today 😔 and thanks to whatever my mum has said about me meant I hadn’t seen him in nearly a year. I warned her about this only the other day of the fact I may never get to see them again thanks to her and now she’s basically asking me to sweep all this under the rug and forget about it among the mountain of other things she’s expected me to forget about in the past. Just feeling devastated and angry 😢
