PPP, I am honestly loosing the will to live. My girls turns 3 in January and she has been a bad sleeper since day 1. However she’s recently got really bad like even if she has a little nap in the afternoon she’ll be up till 1-2 in the morning. I am exhausted I work horrible shifts which require me to be up at 3am and I just feel as if I’m never getting any sleep. Anyone have any tips of getting into a better routine?
