I have a 14 month old son who when tired or gets worked up or crys too hard or gets too excited he vomits Iv had it 3 days in a row now I’m on eggshells with him this is stressing me out, whenever he starts crying I try to distract him right away but it’s literally 2 minutes in and he’s making himself sick or when he was chasing my older two n they were chasing him back and they all laughing I’m sitting like no that’s enough he will be sick sure as hell 2 mins later he’s sick, never experienced this before is it a phase he’s going through or what ?

It is absolutely normal for kids to throw up when upset, overexcited, overtired… It’s awful to have to clean up but perfectly normal. Honestly, it is a case of waiting it out. If it continues for a while then a visit to the GP is probably a good idea. 🙂 x
