Ppp my little one is 7 months old and he sounds like his throat is very sore. He sounds hoarse and his cry doesn’t sound normal. He has no temperature and hardly even coughs or sneezes so I don’t think he has a cold. Is there anything I can do to ease his throat a bit? Tia
