Ppp – need help not had csa from my son’s dad in over 9 months I’m due a payment at start of August but thinking I won’t get it…as he’s in £1100 arrears for his son but will provide for his other son!!…but can I take my ex to court for the csa if he doesn’t pay it? Anyone in Scotland done it before..

Can comment back on my post and say it’s through the csa so could I ask them to proceed through court
If you claim through child maintenance options they will take it to court etc. If u had a private arrangement there isnt much you can do im affraid as he can claim he gave you it cash in hand its his word against yours
Lol that’s nothing my ex owes over £6000. Im in UK so might be different rules here to Scotland .. Call them and see it might be different procedure xx
I’m in Scotland it’s absolutely pointless to try I wouldn’t waste your time. I gave up after 3 years.
Doing it right not the csa go for an enforcement first then it’s court x
