Ppp, not baby related but poo 💩 related. Last few weeks im struggling, diet is great eat alot of fruit n veg 5-7 days dont go for a few days but when i do its like giving birth. Hurts like hell and i bleed. As i say only been last few weeks before it was fine but just lately been really bad. Any ideas how to make it less painful and not so loggy. Really sorry no other way to word it x
