Silly post but before I used to eat med/rare stakes and today I fancy a steak… later I might not! I have my 12 week scan on Wednesday! But can I eat a medium steak and the trimmings?

I may be wrong but I’m sure all red meat has to be well done? That is what i thought anyway…i couldn’t wait to give birth so i could have a medium rare 😂 xx
