ppp would like to be kept anonymous

I’m due to see a gnaecologist on the 1st of fed. I have pcos ita worse on my right side and causes me alot of pain and is inflamed more then the left. has anyone been to see them and they have been offered to have cyst removed or had that one ovary removed? does it have a massive affect or did it help?
