Need some help please, I don’t know where to turn. I’m due to have a baby in a few weeks and live with my parents (because I can’t afford my own place and the babys dad has left me) please no bashing.
My dad has anger problems and OCD like traits and sometimes when he gets angry I feel very scared and trapped. He wouldn’t physically be violent but he is extremly volatile and mentally I have and still do suffer as he is a narcissist. Is there anywhere safe i can go if i needed to leave when my daughter arrives?
He promised he wouldnt get angry anymore and doesnt see he has serious narcissistic personality traits so refuses help. Please I don’t want my daughter growing up with it. What help can I get? Where do I contact? I’m very scared.
