Hi just after a bit of advice really I have just received a letter informing me of a possession hearing for my landlord he hasn’t been paying the mortgage on the house so they are starting proceedings to take it back I haven’t been able to contact him for almost two years he renewed my contract via post for three years last Feb I’m so worried about what will happen we have been in the property for over ten years it’s the only home my children have known will I be able to get help from the housing will I be able to get a house close to the children’s schools and our place of work I have no clue where to start can’t afford to go private again as I’m currently on maternity leave so only on smp we are struggling as it is I don’t want to end up in a hostel im so worried I just don’t know where I stand or what to do x
