Private post please.
My two year old is waking every day at 5:30, regardless of what time she goes to bed. She has black out blinds, is nice and cozy but still wakes. Nothing is waking her like birds or heating etc. I wouldn’t mind but she is moaning and still tired but wants to get up. I’ve tried leaving her for a short while (until she gets upset and crying) but I have to think of the neighbours. Any ideas how to make her sleep a little longer? Not just for me but for her too, as she is clearly not ready to wake.
