Private post please… so my son is 15 months old never had much of a routine used to put him in my bed to sleep as he enjoyed and yh the easier option (my own fault I no). Anyways my question is how do I go about putting him in a routine now at this age? Iv tried controlled crying and it really upsets me and him and I don’t think it’s fair that he’s had all these cuddles for past year and half and now none for sleep time. Don’t get me wrong once he’s asleep he’s fine apart from the odd wake up for a dummie. But he’s not going sleep untill I go bed and either falling asleep on sofa. Advice please
