Sorry me again
Yesterday my daughter slipped on the floor of a well known chain pub and smashed her face on the table and banged the back of her head. She screamed like I’ve never heard before (she’s almost 9)
All I got was a member of staff come over and give me some ice in a paper towel. That’s it. At the time I made sure my daughter was ok and took her home. I’m now in the position to send a complaint but don’t know where to start?! Advice please

U need to inform their head office as a incident report should have been filled in when it happened. Also take her to the doctors just for a check up.
