I am in need of some advice. One of my best friends has just told me that she has been self harming and has showed me some picture’s of her arms. She also said that she wants to die and is ready to die. She has bipolar disorder and hasn’t been taking her tablets. She has a young son and i am worried for both of them. I live over an hour away and can’t get to hers to help. She has had a bad break up and i am very worried about her safety and i don’t want my godson to be left without his mum. Is there anyone i can call to get her some help. I dont want her son to be taken from her but she needs help. I dont have her mums phone number so can’t get hold of her. My husband has suggested getting hold of social, but im not sure if they would be able to offer her the support she needs. They have been involved in the past due to domestic violence in an old relationship. I am just hoping someone will know who else to call so i can get her the help she needs before its too late. Sorry for the long post but i am very worried about her and my godson. Thank you
