Thanks..basically I need to know if I’m right or wrong? My sister has been with someone for 5 months, the past month they have been on and off because she said she is sick of being a verbal punch bag. They got back together. on Saturday night she was supposed to be staying at his, but she turned up at home in early hours of the morning. She stayed in her room til Boxing Day morning even though I went over Christmas Day with my 5 year old daughter and she didnt even come downstairs to see her. Anyway when I seen her on Boxing Day she had a black eye and asked her how she got it, she told me she had an argument with her boyfriend, pushed him and kicked the door off the hinges so he picked the door up at shot it at her. Then she started defending him and saying she started the argument and she pushed him and she kicked the door off so it’s her fault he shot it at her and it’s only a black eye and it’s not like he physically hit her with his hand. She’s thinking of getting back with him So I have said to her if she does she will not be seeing my daughter as I am not allowing her to see her auntie with black eyes and god knows what else as I’m sure it won’t be the only time he hurts her. Don’t get me wrong I believe if a woman can hit a man the she should expect to be hit back but to have a door thrown at her is uncalled for in my opinion. Am I right in keeping my child away if she gets back with him or not?
