Sleeping naked is a very popular way for to sleep. In fact, a survey by the Daily Mail found that around 30% of people in Britain sleep naked regularly.

Here are some reasons why sleeping naked may be beneficial

Researchers at the University of Amsterdam have found that the best way to get a good quality sleep is by lowering your skin temperature. This means you are less likely to wake up in the middle of the night.

 Sleeping naked will help your body to stay cool and comfortable. As we all know, trying to sleep in a hot room can be a tough and uncomfortable challenge.  That warmth disrupts the release of anti-aging hormones – in particular, melatonin.
