Wonderful xmas present we received this morning. My husband is waiting on an operation and the job centre have decided to stop his ESA claim (we were self employed).
What benefits could we claim until he has had his operation?
I receive carers allowance for my daughter as she has leukaemia. I’m also heavily pregnant so I cannot go to work instead of him.
Anyone have any idea what to do. Typical that they make this decision and we can’t do anything about it for days now. We’re going to lose out on over a weeks worth of housing benefit and council tax relief too. I’m livid.
