Would like a post anonymously please-
I’m together with my partner over 6yrs now and up until just over a year ago we were brilliant all the time. We’ve 6 kids between us and had a baby a wee while ago, hes 22 mths. Now honestly when we’re good we are brilliant but when/if myself or him are having a rough day (which happens) it can drag on for days due to not talking about it! If I’m quiet he’ll say nothing either nd hence dragging bad days out! We’ve argued alot in the past about silly things (and some big) but always worked through it together. Just in this past year though he will sleep all day and then stay up all night for couple days a week and wonder why I’m pissed off! I suppose I’m just looking for opinions or advice as to get out of rut were stuck in and find ourselves again without it breaking the bank either. Or do I just be thankful I have somebody to share my life with and stop moaning about bad bits??

If your little one is 22 months try some group like toddlers etc there is at lot on at local surestarts etc. Iv been with my parent 10 yr and he falls asleep though the day but he has a sleeping disorder
