I know someone who has a 1 year old boy. The parents are always arguing, dad hitting mum, baby screams literally all day & all night. S/W are involved.
Tonight it sounds like the child’s cry has changed from a normal cry. It’s like he is in distress/seeing things he shouldn’t see.
Can I please get advice on what to do? Who do I speak to about this? S/W or a family member?
