Im in need of some help.
My 4 year old starts school in September and the nursery attached is really good and i was wanting to place my 2 year old there (he has been allowed 15hrs)
I work part time for 16 hours and my work has been so helpful with me. What im wanting to know is!
I can place my 2 year old on a mon and tues 9-15.20pm and wed 9-12pm. Which is perfect as it means i can work in thoughs hours and only pay for an extra hour! (I cant afford anymore) so here is the issue. They dont have facilities for kids to sleep. He does still naps but varies some days he sleep after 2 pm maybe 3 pm or it can be 12-1pm its never the same I suppose depends how busy we are. Would i be cruel to send him on the mon and tues for that time and possibly not nap till i pick him up? Im trying to think practically for picking my older so. Up and getting to and from work. I dont have friends or family to help! And i want to work i always have! Please just helpful advice! Thank you
