Any ideas what this could be?
Gp thought possible eczema and gave me a cream and then pharmacist said no it’s not that, looks like an allergy so give piriton. That made it worse and she keeps saying it’s sore 😞 she’s 3 years old x

Has she been in the sun? Could be prickly heat and creams are annoying it ?
That looks like prickly heat i suffer with it really bad
Maybe a heat rash x
