Asking on behalf of a friend… my friend has split with her daughters father, now he still has her 3 times a week overnight and then takes her back each morning as he has work but mum doesn’t. Now he pays money each week but just wondering if anyone knows if he should be paying extra towards childcare fees? I don’t think he should but my friend disagrees. Any advice would be appreciated as this it’s taking toll on both of them.
