Basically my mums ex partner sexually assaulted her, not all the way but enough.

CPS have decided to charge him as he obviously said he didnt do it!! Now he’s had 1 previous conviction for SA and was sent down for 8 months did 4, he denied it all even to this day he says he shouldnt of been sent down, hence why we all believed him.

If he pleads not guilty, i have to go give evidence, in crown court, and maybe magistrates, because my mum rang me first, im classed as a something witness, but im worried.

Im worried about the defence completely ripping into me, im not a confidence person really and im so scared i will crumble, of course i know i HAVE to do it for my mum and i will do it every day if i had too for her, i think im just asking has anyone given evidence? Whats it like? Anything really?

And anyone know what he may possibly get this time?
