Before anyway jumps down my throat please read..
I split up with my child’s dad a year ago and had loads of trouble with him had to get an harassment order out on him so instead of him coming to mine to pick our child up I drove and dropped to a family member it’s a 20 min drive there 20 min drive back I did this twice a week and am still doing he don’t pay any money towards petrol or anything toward her up keep I’ll also add iv tired to get regular days for him to have our child he picks and chooses when he can b bothered I literally do anything and everything I am on benefits so am really really struggling iv got a job and he won’t help with child care now his told me I can’t take the job which I need! And his starting work next month and will be getting 480 a week he was bragging about it so I asked when he starts can he start helping me out his reply was no he has a holiday to pay for I think for his girlfriend too and he would rather not work if I’m going to contact CSA it says on there calculator I should receive like £50 a week from him which would really help me out he thinks he does enough for her when he has he 1 or 2 a night sometimes he don’t have her at all and he said I get child benefit and tax credit for her she dont cost much money I save all her child benefit up for her
