Can I a private post please.

This is a picture if my daughter’s thumb I had her at the doctors in Friday and she has been put on antibiotics I have been giving her them 4 times a day like it says but she is still saying it’s sore and it’s still really inflamed should I let her run the rest of the course or should I take her back to the doctors? Picture attached. Thanks in advance x
