I don’t know what to do

I have a 2 year old and when I was pregnant with him my mum rang me up saying she wanted nothing to do with him or the birth or me. It obviously upset me; reason been is she was slagging my partner off to me and I told my disused. my sister rang my mum and had ago at her which resulted in this.
AnywYs I’m now 2 months pregnant with a new partner of 20months.
My parents have never liked him. We’ve had a few fall outs over stupid stuff and my parents never come round / look after my kid but will other siblings kids
Anyways : yesterday my mum came round and said to me ‘I just can’t be happy or excited for you. I think your an idiot and that baby is a mistake ‘
I’m absolutely fuming that she’s called my unborn child a mistake. That baby was planned ( well we decided we would try after Christmas but it happened ) I wanna say something But I’ve been brought up to not disrespect elders and keep my mouth shut.
Should I confront her ?
