Can I get a ppp, don’t really know what I’m looking for but oh well😏 Iv just recently left a relationship of 5 years, got 2 children under 3, anyway he was so controlling emotionally and raised his hands to me once or twice, long story short I feel like I have no one😭 I have my babies 24/7 which I don’t complain about because there my world but he won’t take them for a night as he knows it means I will be able to chill without the kids, he’s basically said I’m not aloud a life and he will never take them so I can’t be without them and can’t have a social life so basically he still has a control over me and it makes me feel so rubbish, toke me so long to realise that he actually stopped me talking to my friends, wasn’t aloud to go out without him, wasn’t aloud to do anything without him and if anything went wrong it would have been my fault, I’m finding it so hard i have literally lost everyone, my family stays so far away and I contact them all the time but they do stay away from me, I’m only 22😩 but I don’t actually know what I’m looking for through this post😂 just some hope to say it gets easier or does it even get easier!? I find it so hard to talk to new people due to anxiety😩

It does get easier hun. Look into mother and toddler groups in your area, maybe you will find mums in the same place as you . Also share babysitting so you can get time out for you and any friends you make. It’s just making that first step . Good luck 😉
Invite the girls to urs have a little Xmas get together? Do not ask him for anything then he will get the picture that you can live without him. It’s not easy at first but soon u will come to Love ur freedom xx
