Can I get a private post please…..

So my son (8) was gifted a phone for Christmas from his dad!!!
He hasn’t wiped it and I’ve found “videos” there from 2015! But 1st video is of him and his still “current” girlfriend arguing (he’s obv set camera up…can’t see anything but can hear) and in it he clearly says 3/4 time that she is abusing his kids!!! (Again doesn’t say how) she doesn’t deny it just keeps saying “oh yes the kids u forgot to mention” ok this was 2 years ago but?! Still to me new why would u say with someone who “abuses” ur children?! 2nd video in question “porno” let’s say u again can’t see anything but…..can quite clearly hear what they are up to?! I’ve taken phone away and next time I see him will hand it bk!! I don’t really no what I’m looking for tbh just feeling very confused right now x
