Can I get a private post please

Just after some advice on what u guys think/what I should do

After sitting down or getting out of bed, when I stand up my feet really hurt feels like it may be the bones but not sure….usually after standing up I have to wait a minute for pain to ease before walking and when I do walk it’s with a limp or I have to hold onto something. This can last 5 mins or maybe even longer. When I’m not standing the pain isn’t there. Could it be the start of arthritis? I’m only 27 and I’m a size 18 so a bit overweight but not majorly. Think it’s something to speak to my docs about?
