Can I have a post please, thanks

Any advice is really appreciated right now, I’m one tired mumma! My little girl WONT bring any wind up after feeds but I can see she’s full of wind, I’ve been sitting winding her for an hour straight and nothing is coming up but I know as soon as I put her down she will be sick! She’s only 2 weeks old so the only thing I can give her is infacol which she’s having before her feeds, she is breastfed. I’ve tried all the winding techniques and nothing is happening, please help!! Tia xx
