Can I have a post please?
I’m 6 months pregnant & all full of cold, I feel terrible. Is their anything I can take or drink etc to help get rid of it ?
(Tried ringing midwife/doctors but it’s bank hell weekend not open or answering)

Honey and lemon tea worked wonders for me when I had a cold over Xmas. I was 7 months pregnant. You can also have paracetamol and strepsils x
Paracetamol. Steamy bathroom (though notify someone so that they can check on you ). Lemon juice in a hot drink. Eucalyptus oil spritzed over bedding
I loved warm milk and honey
