Can I have a post please?

Please please no judging, I don’t know what to do 😭😭

Anybody have a child who suffers with mental health? 😭 I feel I have failed as a parent, he’s 8 and will not sleep.. He sleeps 2 hours a night and that’s it, no exaggeration.

I took him to doctors today who said if he keeps doing it in a week they will refer him to a mental health team, this as been happening for around 3 months.. He won’t let me go to sleep either he will just cry and cry the hours he will sleep is 2am to 4am 😭 anybody else been through this and did it get better? He’s 8 years old, thank you
