Can i have a post plz sorry it’s long

I have lived in my council house since Sept they moved me from a 2bed to 3bed cause of my children both being under peds and being tested for autism-adhd still under them with no out come yet any way the thing is next door have moaned about the noise from my house since being here to me but few weeks ago complained to the council as they say I am waking there 4 children up every night from being loud laughing and talking I have for the past month been having a male friends round every night but we ain’t loud at all the council have rang me and told me it’s fine as can’t stop me being up so late after all we are all aloud to talk in our own homes well this evening things have kicked off due to there children who are 8 and 10 yr old boy throwing stones at my kids who are 4 and 6 the fence at the back is only 4ft high I did have a go as my children was just playing in there garden she kicked off at me saying she is going council again for my loud noise at 1 to 2 am in the morning she as a diary to show them aswell my question is what can council do about my so called noise I am making which i ain’t that loud as my children are in bed. I did ring council myself before they closed as I was mad about what her children did to my children I have never do that before but I have had enough as they make alot of noise when my children are in bed
