Can I have a pp please , can be on this page or the other .
On Sunday we travelled from West Yorkshire – Kent just for the day to see the in laws . We arrived at 11 and set back off at 18:30.
We went as we thought it would be nice for our girl who’s 3 to see her grandparents and her to see them but they literally talked/played to her from 11-12 and then just ignored her ! I was left playing with her in the garden at one point and I don’t mind even doing that if they watched her enjoying herself but they were in the front room cleaning !! The rest of the time they were just on their iPads. Am I been wrong thinking we just shouldn’t bother again?! Before anyone slates there fit and healthy get out and about etc .

I wouldn’t bother again. My partner’s family are a bit like that, it’s as if the novelty has worn off
We only see them every 4 maybe 5 months and that’s only cos of my partner xx
I wouldent bother again. Her grandparents should be happy that she was there not ignore her and play a game. She’s got her mummy that’s enough x
Maybe they were just enjoying her company
