Can i have a pp please.

daughter is 12 weeks old. Not with father. He hasn’t showed up this past 2 weeks to see her for the 2 hours. He text on the day to check what day he was to come and i told him bjt havent heard a thing since. His mum had bought a few packs of nappies from child was born but he hasn’t supported hus daughter either with nappies etc or financially. He was to pay £7 a week into the child account. Any advice in what i should do? Don’t need any nehative comments thanks x
