Can I have a pp please..
Hi, I had a retained placenta with my 3rd baby and ended up in theatre and lost a lot of blood. Just wondering if anyone has gone on to have a normal birth after a retained placenta or if it’s happened again? Hospital said it’s more likely to happen again after it’s happened once but wouldn’t want to go through that again x

I had a normal birth after my first, I had a retained placenta I did want a water birth but wasn’t allowed once I got the hospital just incase it happened again
I had a retained placenta after loosing a baby and lost 4 pints of blood went on to have 3 normal births without it happening again x
