Can I have a PP please.

Is this decay on my 2.5 year olds tooth? She is good at getting her teeth brushed and I have scrubbed this tooth and can’t shift the mark. I feel like crap because I have a 7 year old who had teeth removed because of decay (he is autistic so it is a real struggle to brush his teeth) feel like crying now because I now feel like I’ve let both of my kids down. She was last at the dentist probably a year ago and dentist said her teeth looked fine but she wouldn’t open her mouth for him really. I will book her back in to see someone but just wanted some reassurance that even if it is decay she isn’t going to have to have it removed 😞
