Can i have a PP please? no bashing….

basically my mental health is all over the place my partner who ive spent all day everyday with is in prison and im finding it extremely hard to go day to day without him here, i feel no1 wants to speak to me and everyone hates me and im pushing everyone away, all i want and need is someone to talk to, ive spent over 2weeks crying not sleeping or eating ive never been so low, my docter changed my meds also. i did give a statement to police but was not anything against my partner tbh but i also want to withdraw my statement has anyone ever gave a statement in the same situation and even the docter advised i wouldnt be fit enough to be in a courtroom the stress is killing me. anyone please help?xx

Can you add, can you get into trouble for withdrawing a statement.
