Can I have a PP please on either mums advice or mums advice private chat, either one please.

I’m looking for some advice, I’m 18 weeks pregnant, and my main symptom is just constantly having to go to the toilet, and it’s loose bowels/diarrhoea. I will get horrendous gut cramps and then will spend the next 2 hours on and off the toilet. This happens a couple times a week, and I can still go ‘normally’ with normal bowel movements.

Can somebody please tell me some ways to help improve it or stop it?! I’ve had 18 weeks of this (and my previous child’s pregnancy!) and this time around it’s a lot worse.
