So I have 2 girls 5&9yo. They go to their dads every other weekend. We have a court order in place because he kept keeping the children, the breakup wasn’t mutual. After the order things had been ok but the last couple of months the 9yo hasn’t wanted to go as she says her dad is horrible to her and favours her younger sister. So we sat down together and spoke about how things could be different so the 9yo would want to go. This worked for about a month max and it went back to dad treats me differently and he’s horrible and doesn’t love me…then they was over there at the weekend and the 9yo txt saying she wants to come home as he has shouted at her and slapped her loads…so I spoke to her and dad and sorted that out….she come home tonight as said dad said I have to go to his house on Friday or he will call the police and they will drag me out and if the don’t he will come in and drag me out and then burst out crying! Then I said no il speak to your dad and with that she got very scared and cried no no dad will go mad he told me don’t you dare go home and tell your mum that or I will be mad! So I spoke to dad and he denied it all! Then the 5 yo said we have levels of punishment no 1&2 are tell off No 3 is shout 4 is bedroom 5 is a hard snack to their head and skipped to no 15 that was tie them to the front of the van and smash it into a wall killing them…( he’s already chased the 9yo in his car round a car park) oh and somewhere in the middle was set them alite…I’m stuck now as to what to do because social services just say don’t sent them or he’s their dad has equal responsibility for them or take him back to court but I haven’t got the money to go back to court…what else can I do? Obviously they are not going but he will kick my door down or threaten his own life…any other avenues I can take to get this sorted and to get some emotional support for my 9yo….

woahhh dont let her go there you sorted what out after he slapped her ‘loads of times’ id of hung him by his balls! what a vile human being ok maybe one but loads na i wouldnt be sending none of my kids there and let him call the police and tell him they’ll be getting told he slaps is 9 yead old daughter about shes terrified hes clearly unstable fucking loonatic defo not fit to left alone with these children im sorry let him threaten his own life thats him trying get you to feel sorry for him emotional blackmail because im guessing you split up with him? and if he kicks your door in where your kids are call the police!!!
I would ring police and get your daughter to tell the police what he’s said and done. I wouldn’t let him bear my children ever again after hearing that, get a restraining order in place asap on grounds of you nd children bring scared for safety x
Do not let the kids go back near tht vile man again under no circumstances go to the police and social services and tell them they can’t ignore what the kids are saying tht wud be cud be putting them in danger xx
I would be reporting him to the police for assault and the threats of murdering his children by setting them alight or/and strapping them to a van and crushing them….. Thats awful. Serious abuse going on from what you have said, poor little girls.
Ring social services your self saying what concerns you have x

No f’king way would either of my children go back to that coward! Slapping her loads of times oh hell NO! I agree with the other ladies call the cops and let your daughter know that she can safely talk to them. That is down right child abuse! He needs someone to punch him loads!
Wtf! Ring the police get ur daughter to explain them punishments coz they are fucking disgusting!!! How can u even say that to your kids Jesus! We’ve all said silly things in heat of the moment but listing punishments like that sorry he’d be told to go fucking run the van into himself over my dead body would my kids be going there again!!!
