So I’ve the opportunity for a full time job. Working Monday to Friday. I have 2 young boys aged 4 and 2. I do have help with childcare through both mine and my husband’s parents. Is it normal to feel a sudden splurge of guilt! I know this job will help our family future. Is there anyone else here with young children and both parents work full time. How do you cope etc??
