Can I have a pp with a TMI pic? PIC IN COMMENTS

Basically Friday I found out I was pregnant despite taking precautions
Monday I woke to gushing
Tuesday I passed loads of little clots and one fairly big one
Today I had another big gush and passed this which is very similar to what I passed yesterday
I’m now thinking a multiple pregnancy loss
I have docs today at 5.20 as yesterday they were closed for training
Just wanted to know if anyone has passed anything similar or if it’s the lining or something as my husband don’t think it’s the sack/featus or whatever you would call it at this stage we’re guessing I’m only or was 4-6weeks
