Anyways I’m in a private rented house and should be receiving my section 21 anytime now..

Although I’m greatful for having a roof over mine and my 3 kids heads but firstly its only come to this because council messed up the first months rent and wouldn’t pay it so that was left to me (not a problem to start with I was paying extra) then came the problems, first toilet flooded and was left without a working toilet for 10 weeks and my eldest who was 4 at the time had to wear a nappy 😞 numerous calls all the time eventually sent a plumber out who said this had happened to whoever lived here before but landloed only paid so much for it to be sorted so was okay for a few days/weeks then garden was flooded with water/sewage rang Yorkshire water they put camera down and said pipes had clasped half way across garden and needed sorting I’m guessing thats what the plumber meant by when he said landloed only sorted it so far! Anyways that was December and still the same now! Environmental health has been called loads of times and finally came out other week and took pictures and said it was safe or hygenic the terrible built in shower backed up the bath water once or twice flooded bathroom, there’s moldly stuff all over bathroom ceiling the plaster falling of the walls in kitchen/living room no fire alarms, back.door is broken and only closes because there’s a bar I’ve put there to keep it shut.. Screwed shut in living room and main bedroom that Pushes open easily.. So I stopped paying mg top up rent because I can’t live in an house like this my kids haven’t played in back garden in the 10 months we’ve lived here and no matter how much I clean its still filthy it needs knocking to brick and landlord already stated He disnt have the money to put in..

Obviously I’ve contacted my local council but they can’t/won’t help till I get this section 21 is there anything anyone can do? I dont have money to move into another private rented..

I rang agency earlier they said they gave the builder to hand deliver me section 21 but haven’t seen a builder at all and I’m always in 😕 xx
