Can I have a ppp, I am 3 weeks postpartum and my stitches bleed every time I bath and after I have been to the toilet, I also find bits of the string from the stitches on tissue after I wipe and floating in the bath, I suffer from anxiety so I’m not sure if I am worrying over nothing. I had stitches with my first and none if this happened that time that’s why I’m a little worried this time. Tia
