Can I have a ppp,

I am 38 weeks pregnant, I had sex with my partner over 2 hours ago but since, I’ve been getting lower back pain and it’s starting to go round to my hips…it seems to be every 10/15 minutes so far lasting for just over a minute, does anyone know what this means?
